1. Who do I contact if I have a warranty concern on my Felling trailer?

When you have a warranty concern or question, you can contact the dealer that you purchased the Felling trailer from. You can also call Felling Trailers directly at 888-335-5464 prior to repair.

2. How do I register my trailer for warranty?

We have made it easy to submit the warranty for your trailer online. Simply go to our website at www.felling.com, then click on the Parts/Service drop down menu and choose “Warranty” (or just click here). Fill out the information and click “Register” on the bottom, and your trailer is registered! You can also read the complete Five Year Limited Warranty Policy on the “Warranty” tab on this page.

3. Are tire warranties handled by Felling Trailers?

All tire warranties for Felling Trailers are handled by the tire manufacturer. If you are unsure who manufactured your tires, please contact Felling Trailers directly at 888-335-5464 and we will provide you with the tire manufacturer’s contact information.

4. Do I need to have warranty repairs done by my selling dealer?

Yes, we would recommend that you have warranty repairs done by your selling dealer. In a case when that that is not possible, please contact Felling Trailers directly at 888-335-5464 and we can locate another repair facility that is close to you.

5. What if I have a warranty issue after-hours?

If possible, please take pictures of the warranty issue and hold any parts that were replaced. On the next business day, contact Felling Trailers for direction and possible reimbursement of the repair.
