Felling Trailers is currently hiring for a variety of positions for all three shifts and both Felling locations in Sauk Centre, Minnesota and Litchfield, Minnesota. Initially, you may think the careers at Felling Trailers are all to do with welding. Not so fast though, if welding is not your forte, Felling Trailers has more to offer!

Office Careers at Felling Trailers

Felling Trailers is looking for great candidates to hire for Office Positions such as Designers and Engineers to join our Engineering Department. Our Engineering Team uses the latest in design technology, programs such as Solidworks, Inventor, and ANSYS to name a few.

• Designer – As a Designer, you would work on creating designs of trailers, components, and subassemblies.
• Product Engineer – As a Product Engineer, you will design and develop innovative mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components and sub systems for commercial trailers.

Factory Careers at Felling Trailers

• Final Assembler – Our Finishing Department is looking for Final Assemblers. As a Final Assembler, you will have the opportunity to do a variety of tasks from installing decking to electrical components and more.
• Machine Operator – As Machine Operator you have the responsibility of operating a variety of machines to fabricate metal parts to spec. This job is key to the flow of production as you supply the parts needed to create the trailers.
• Painters – Felling Trailers uses PPG’s paint system on its trailers. As a Painter, you are the one who gives each trailer the perfect finish.  We are one of the only trailer manufacturer’s to offer a 3-year paint warranty. We can do this because of the quality processes and products that we use.
• Truck Driver – As a member of our team, you will be traveling nationwide, delivering trailers to our dealers and customers. We know home time is important, so we schedule our loads so that each driver has some home time each week.
• Welding  – Welding Positions are also available. We manufacture over 240 models of trailers so there is a place for everyone. From our drop deck trailers to semi trailers to specialty custom builds, we will put your expertise to work. We even have a Weld Training Center here at our facility!

$1000 Hiring Bonus for Welders

The payment of $500 will be made when a welder has been hired and completed six months of satisfactory or above work performance with Felling Trailers. The payment of an additional $500 will be made when a welder has been hired and completed months of satisfactory or above work performance with Felling Trailers.
