Starting in the fall of 2016, Felling Trailers, Inc. opened the doors of their Weld Training Center. The Weld Training Program is an 80-hour course that is available to existing Felling team members who want to learn to weld or improve their welding skills. The course is also offered to local high school students through a partnership program called Careers in the Community.

Felling Trailers Final Assembly Finishing Teams, in this video you will meet the Final Assembly Team Supervisors. We will walk you through the various jobs that the Final Assembly team does to complete a trailer and bring it to its final state. When these trailers leave Finishing, they are ready to ship out from the Felling Trailers factories and be put in service. Some of the many processes that are completed are wiring, lighting, hydraulics, and decking to name a few. We will talk about how we work as a team with a focus on continuous improvement, ISO standards, quality, expectations, and safety. Our hope is to give you an overview of what working at Felling and being a part of our Final Assembly-Finishing Team looks like.

Day Shift – M-Th 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Night Shift – M-Th 4:30 pm – 3:00 am
Weekend Shift – Fri/Sat/Sun 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
