For instance, lifting trailer ramps with two people instead of one, bending with your knees when lifting, and all the other safety reminders. But to reduce the risk, even more, Felling Trailers can be equipped with Hydraulic or Air Ramp Technology, so you don’t have to lift a heavy ramp and risk causing injury to your back. These ramp options do all the lifting for you, helping to prevent back injuries and increase workplace safety.

Here are a few of the most popular ramp options that are available for your selection on the Felling Deck Over model lines (not all configurations are shown.)

Air Ramp

The Air Ramp System is available on 20,000 lb. capacity tag trailers to 100,000 lb. hydraulic detach trailers. The Air Ramps are available in lengths of 6′ to 8′, and our new Air Bi-Fold extends out to 11′ to provide ease in loading/unloading with its 9.5º load angle.

Hydraulic Ramp

The Hydraulic Ramp System is available on 20,000 lb. capacity tag trailers to 100,000 lb. hydraulic detach trailers. This system has been found as an ideal option on several semi-trailer lines such as our OTR, MX, Narrow Neck as well as our Drill Series tags and Air Tilt trailers (also available on select Drop-Deck models).
