Online Chat Now Available on Felling Trailers Website!

In an ongoing effort to provide exceptional customer service and make it easy for our customers to connect with us, Felling Trailers is excited to announce the addition of an online chat feature on both our main website at www.felling.com and our trailer parts store at www.store.felling.com.

We know that different people prefer different communication methods, and Felling Trailers provides a wide range of options including phone, email, and now online chat. We hope that by offering this as an additional support option, our customers can find their preferred method of contact and get the quick customer service they deserve.  Plus, our online chat allows us to respond faster to customer needs and questions.

Look for a little red box on the bottom right of our website that says, “Chat”. Before you start chatting with us, our pre-chat will request your name, email, and your questions. All of this information is optional but is very helpful to our real-life customer service agents that are answering the Chat requests.
