After payment and all necessary documentation is received by Felling Trailers, Inc., the request for duplicate VIN tag and/or MSO’s will be processed.

Hold Harmless Agreement: Request for Duplicate Serial Tag/MSO

Forms MUST be signed by Notary of Public or will request will not be processed.
