Spring brings warmer temperatures, green grass, the end of the school year, and graduation. Each year, we congratulate all local graduates and wish them the best in their future endeavors. Occasionally, we have the honor of calling some of these graduates by another title: teammate. One such graduate is Caiden Frerichs, who is part of Felling’s Maintenance team, working part-time on a swing shift as his after-school job.

Caiden Frerichs is the son of Nanci Doroff and John Frerichs and is graduating this year from Long Prairie-Grey Eagle High School. During his time in school, Caiden enjoyed being part of the baseball and hockey teams. Now, as a member of Felling’s Maintenance team, he works a swing shift part-time after school. When asked about his experience, Caiden said, “It’s been something I’ve enjoyed, and it was all hands-on; I’ll take everything I’ve learned into my future.”
After graduation, Caiden plans to attend M State Wadena to study HVAC/R. When asked where he sees himself in five years, he replied, “Working for a business doing HVAC/R and living a good life.”

Dream big, graduates! Congratulations!
To our 2025 graduate, we wish you the best! Wherever your future takes you, may it be filled with greatness.
“All of our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.”
