Weekend Shift Implemented

FELLING TRAILERS IMPLEMENTS WEEKEND SHIFT

(SAUK CENTRE, MINNESOTA, APRIL 22, 2014) – Felling Trailers implemented a weekend shift in mid-March to increase production, decrease lead time, and offer this alternative work schedule at its Sauk Centre location. “In an effort to level load our capacity in particular areas and decrease lead time, we added a weekend shift,” stated Paul Radjenovich, Vice President of Operations.

Felling Trailers’ total employment is over 250, which is a company record after nearly 40 years in business. In addition to receiving a shift premium, Felling Trailers’ weekend shift works 36 hours Friday through Sunday but gets paid for 40 hours of work. Felling is currently hiring various positions for all three shifts at its Sauk Centre location and welders and final assemblers at its Litchfield, MN location. Welders are also offered a $500 hiring bonus.
