Please note that Felling Trailers and its employees are designated as a “Critical Infrastructure Workforce” by the CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) of the Dept. of Homeland Security.
Our manufacturing facilities are open to Felling Employees and critical vendors/personnel only. We want to assure everyone that we are dedicated to providing our critical products to those in need during this uncertain time.
Furthermore, we want to assure everyone:
· Our employees are following the guidelines set forth by the CDC.
· Throughout our entire office and production facility, we have increased our daily cleaning and self-cleaning routines, including more frequent hand-washing and cleaning of equipment.
· We have adopted a “no hand-shake policy”.
· We have implemented plant and office protocols that include greatly reducing/eliminating office and customer face-to-face meetings and strict travel restrictions. We will now conduct meetings by phone or video wherever possible to limit in-person meetings with customers, partners, and vendors.
· We will no longer be offering on-site tours to schools, community members, or non-essential partners until further notice. We will not accept any unscheduled visits to our facility.
· We are also asking our team members, vendors, customers, and community to practice social distancing of 6’ in work areas.

As the business landscape continues to change due to COVID-19, Felling Trailers, Inc. is committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, and vendors. As we continue to monitor the situation, our facilities remain open, in full production with business hours as usual. We want to assure our customers that we are dedicated to providing best-in-class service and delivery of quality product throughout this time of uncertainty.

As this is an evolving situation, we may be taking additional steps.
