Per Governor Walz’s order for “Stay-Home” and Following the CDC’s guidelines of minimizing contact, Felling Trailers will be closed to the general public until April 10th.

Please note that Felling Trailers and its employees are designated as a “Critical Infrastructure Workforce” by the CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) of the Dept. of Homeland Security.

During this order, our manufacturing facilities will remain open to Felling Employees and critical vendors/personnel only. We want to assure everyone that we are dedicated to providing our critical products to those in need during this uncertain time. For questions, email: CISA.CAT@cisa.dhs.gov.

Office Hours of Operations:
As safety remains our top priority for all our offices will not be open to the public. Office hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT. Please note that we are working with limited staff onsite with other staff working remotely for two weeks, starting on March 30th, ending April 10th.  Any calls to the office will be handled as efficiently as possible. Felling Trailers has also suspended all business travel; any meetings or events taking place during this two-week quarantine will be rescheduled for a future date.

Employment Applications & Interviews:
– We are not accepting in-person applications, we ask that applications be completed and submitted online, Click Here to Complete & Submit Online 
Interviews – We will still be doing phone interviews at this time.

Manufacturing Hours of Operations:
Manufacturing/Shop hours will remain in place with all shifts operating per normal scheduled times. 

Sauk Centre Shifts:
1st shift M-Th 6 am – 4:30 pm
2nd shift M-Th 4:30 pm – 3 am
Weekend shift F-Sun 6 am – 6:30 pm

Litchfield Shift: M-Th 6 am – 4:30 pm

Vendor Deliveries:
Receiving hours will remain in place. Delivery and receipt of goods will be

M-Th 7 am – 3:30 pm
Please note that delivery earlier in the day is better than later.

After hours and Friday deliveries by appointment only. During this time we are requesting to stick to the standard schedule as much as possible.

Vendors Onsite:
No vendors will be seen or allowed into the facilities unless pre-approved.

Truck Driver/Customer Pick-up:
Driver/Customer pick up process will remain the same, customer pick-up need to call ahead, and Friday pick-ups are by appointment only.

Furthermore, we want to assure everyone

  • Our employees are following the guidelines set forth by the CDC.
  • Throughout our entire office and production facility, we have increased our daily cleaning and self-cleaning routines, including more frequent hand-washing and cleaning of equipment.
  • We have adopted a “no hand-shake policy”.
  • We have implemented plant and office protocols that include greatly reducing/eliminating office and customer face-to-face meetings and strict travel restrictions. We will now conduct meetings by phone or video wherever possible to limit in-person meetings with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • We will no longer be offering on-site tours to schools, community members, or non-essential partners until further notice. We will not accept any unscheduled visits to our facility.
  • We are also asking our team members, vendors, customers, and community to practice social distancing of 6’ in work areas.

We have faced many challenges as an industry before, and together, we have come out victorious every time. To keep everyone healthy and safe, we wanted to share a few guidelines/tips to keep you informed during these difficult times.
