Shift Schedules
Day Shift – Monday-Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Night Shift – Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm – 3:00 am
Weekend Shift – Friday-Sunday 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
The schedule may change based on business demands. Felling Trailers also offers part-time and flex shift positions to allow students to work around school hours. For more information, please reach out to our Human Resources Department

Training
Felling Trailers provides training to all new employees, no matter the department they are placed in. New team members are paired with a senior team member and will shadow up to 2 weeks while learning the processes necessary to produce quality work.
Weld Training Program
Felling’s Weld Training Program is an 80-hour course available to existing Felling team members who want to learn to weld or improve their welding skills. The program is also open to local high school students through a partnership program called Careers in the Community. The training takes place at the Merle J Felling Weld Training Centre, where existing employees and even elementary students have the opportunity to learn and improve their welding skills and techniques.

Production Weld Team Video
Felling Trailers Production Weld Team, in this video you will meet the Production Weld Team Supervisors for both our Sauk Centre and Litchfield locations. We will walk you through the production cycle and the role you will play as part of our weld team.
Paint Team Video
Felling Trailers Paint Teams, in this video, you will meet the Paint Team Supervisors. We will walk you through the paint production cycle and the role you will play as part of our paint team.
Fabrication & Material Handling Team Video
Felling Trailers’ Fabrication and Material Handling Team, in this video you will meet the Fabrication and Material Handling Supervisors. We will walk you through the production cycle and the role you will play as part of our fabrication and material handling teams.
Final Assembly-Finishing Team Video
Felling Trailers Final Assembly Finishing Teams, in this video you will meet the Final Assembly Team Supervisors. We will walk you through the various jobs that the Final Assembly team does to complete a trailer and bring it to its final state. When these trailers leave Finishing, they are ready to ship out from the Felling Trailers factories and be put in service. Some of the many processes that are completed are wiring, lighting, hydraulics, and decking to name a few.
